Bring a little handmade magic to your home this season! In this fun and creative class, you’ll hand-build your very own Gnome Lantern out of clay—complete with a whimsical hat, cozy beard, and glowing cutouts. This clay class is a fun two-step creative experience!First, you’ll shape your own gnome from clay and personalize it with unique details that reflect your creativity and style. No experience is necessary—just bring your imagination! Our instructors will be available throughout the class to offer guidance and help you bring your gnome to life.
After class, your gnome will remain at Hearts of Clay to dry for approximately 1–2 weeks. Once it has been fired, we’ll give you a call to return anytime during our regular business hours to paint it.
After you’ve finished painting, we’ll glaze and fire your gnome a second time. Your completed gnome will be ready for pickup approximately one week after the second firing—just in time to add a warm, magical glow to your mantel, table, or holiday décor! We will have lights snacks included and both visits are included in price of $40.
