Opalka Gallery is pleased to partner with The Dishing for an evening that treats food as material and flavor as connection. Five artists from Light and Transient Causes have each inspired a single tasting that reflects their process and the quiet, generational knowledge at the heart of the exhibition.
Choose an arrival and Transient window, enjoy a welcome drink, and explore the stations before continuing into the gallery. Allow about an hour. Tickets are $50, and space in each window is limited. Sponsored by Dassai Blue Sake.
Note: this is not dinner–this tasting will be the perfect start to an evening out in Albany!
