🔦 ✨ Championed by This Girl Can Run and England Athletics, we are jumping on board with the Lift the Curfew initiative and want YOU to join us! 🤩This campaign happens every year welcoming in the clocks changing with the aim of promoting feeling safe, visible and confident running in the dark. We all know that one of the best way to motivate yourself to get out while also keeping safe in those dark evenings, is to go with a group.
We will be joined by Matlock based running group Sole Mates and between us, will be offering a number of groups so there will be a pace for everyone! This is an open invite night to anyone in the community age 16+ so please share far and wide!
