We are excited to share that Families Growth and Thrive Charitable Trust is restarting our Lift A Teens’ Volleyball programme in June 2026.This is a continuation of our community youth volleyball project from 2021–2023. In June, we will begin with three pilot sessions:
Dates: 14 June, 21 June, 28 June
Time: Sunday afternoons, 3:00–5:00 PM
Venue: Albany Junior High School Gym
Pilot fee: $30 per participant for Term 2
Suitable for: Youth aged 12 years and above
This is a friendly, low-pressure community sports programme designed to help young people stay active, build confidence, make friends, and develop teamwork skills. It is not a competitive volleyball training programme or elite sports pathway.
After the June pilot sessions, we will review participants’ ages, skill levels, interests, and needs before confirming the arrangements for Terms 3 and 4, including grouping, coaching support, and programme frequency.
