ACTS
SPIRIT OF GRAVITY QUARTET
Spirit of Gravity needs no introduction and the quartet last seen at there 25th anniversary gig was a glorious wash of synths, drones and lush beats. A rare sighting, so don't miss!
NANONIC
Drones, crunchy beats, chiptunes and Mario samples! Nanonic is a Brighton-based electronic artist exploring the darker, more abstract territories of experimental sound and beats.
MELJOANN
Colliding soulful vocals and lush synths with abrasive industrial textures, disorientating samples and sharp, darkly satirical lyrics. Moving between irresistible pop hooks and unruly sonic experimentation, Meljoann creates a distinctly contemporary take on electronic music.
NEO GEODESIA
Neo Geodesia is the experimental electronic project of French-Cambodian artist Saphy Vong, blending Southeast Asian musical traditions, hypnotic vocal textures and ritualistic rhythms with adventurous electronic production. He runs the multidisciplinary Asian platform and record label Chinabot! Expect granular textures and head-spinning polyrhythms. Mind-blowing, energetic and not to be missed.
JERRY LA FLIM
Drum machines, breaks and synth driven tunes. Expect acid, jungle and twisted disco. Jerry LaFlim delivers a characterful take on underground electronic music. It's actually his birthday too.
XYLITOL [planet MU] DJ SET
The alias of British electronic producer and DJ Catherine Backhouse, crafting adventurous, off-kilter sounds that weave together jungle, UK garage, kosmische music and vintage electronics. Released 2 amazing albums on the legendary Planet Mu label.
MATT SABBATH
Sabbath was a legendary Braindance night at the now destroyed Oceon Rooms. Matt Sabbath was one of the co-founders and DJ's. Expect to hear Aphex to Jeff Mills to Objekt etc.... Prepare to let your feet and your brain dance!
