Through energy work, frequency healing, and gentle touch (with consent), Emma is your guide as you come home to yourself. Emma will help to guide direct energy transmission and reconnection with your inner life force: the free, limitless self. When you arrive, you'll lie down and be guided into a state of deep relaxation. Emma will lead a brief meditation, then begin the activation. Spontaneous movements, emotional release, and other energetic experiences may occur. There is nothing to force. The experience closes with intentional time for guided integration and grounding. Come as you are, trust and surrender, and be open to receive. $39Potential benefits of life force activation:
~Increased energy & vitality
~Release of pent up emotions/stress
~Stronger sense of alignment
~Enhanced mental clarity & intuition
~Reduced anxiety
~Strengthened self-acceptance
~Feelings of oneness, love & gratitude
