About this Event
Life Between the Trails – Gentle Nature-Based Wellbeing Sessions
Session Overview
Gentle, inclusive nature-based wellbeing sessions designed to support mental wellbeing, physical health, and social connection through time spent outdoors.
These sessions offer opportunities to sit in nature, notice the natural environment, take part in simple nature-based activities, and enjoy optional gentle movement for those who would like it. Sessions are designed to be accessible, low-pressure, and welcoming to people with different needs, abilities, and levels of confidence.
This session will take place at Borrow Pit Meadows. We will meet at the Hassall Road entrance before heading into the nature reserve together. Unlike some of the regular weekly sessions, there will be no café meet-up, allowing us to spend the entire session immersed in the natural environment. Future monthly sessions may take place in different local green spaces to provide variety and opportunities to experience nature in different ways.
This is not a fitness programme or a therapeutic intervention. It is a supportive wellbeing space that encourages people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and take part in ways that feel right for them.
