In honor of National Immigrants Day, hear firsthand the story of medical practitioner Ralph Abalo, from the day he moved to the United States from Togo, West Africa, to now, working as a clinical perfusionist. Learn about his challenges around language, cultural differences, employment and education. Abalo also supports the children of Togo with his charity, Friends of Togo, Inc, raising funds to support their education through sixth grade.
