Join Soraya for a Liberatory Yoga Flow that is trauma-informed and designed to somatically support your ability to dream, vision, and imagine. This practice also integrates Deepa Iyer's framework on Mapping Our Roles in Social Change, offering reflections to help you align your unique skills and gifts with the times we are in.
Through this practice, we will remember and resource ourselves while celebrating who we are and how we’re interwoven into something bigger—never alone.
Bring a loved one and a yoga mat if you have one. If you need to borrow a mat, please email Soraya at at least 2 days prior to the event.
