About this Event
Liberating Structures, created by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless, offer a fresh, practical way to collaborate. These 33 simple microstructures help any group unlock the insights and contributions of everyone involved. In this hands-on meetup, you’ll experience how they bring energy, trust, and collective intelligence to life.
Topic of this meetup
During this meetup, we’ll explore 25/10 Crowd Sourcing. This Liberating Structure helps groups rapidly generate, share, and prioritize bold ideas or practical solutions to a challenge.
Everyone writes down their most promising idea on a card. Participants then move around, exchange cards, and score each other's ideas in several quick rounds. At the end, the highest-rated ideas rise to the top. It's a fun, energetic way to tap into a group's collective intelligence and discover ideas worth exploring further.
What to expect
- Practice the original 25/10 Crowd Sourcing steps.
- Try out different tweaks and variations.
- Learn how to combine it with other Liberating Structures.
- Exchange experiences, ideas, and insights with others.
- As a bonus, we'll use other LS to explore 25/10 Crowd Sourcing.
