About this Event
Join us for a night of love, liberation, and advocacy!
On October 4th at The Spot, SCFRE & OPEN present the first-ever Liberating Love Festival—a vibrant celebration of community, connection, and the fight for recognition.
Across cities in the Pacific Northwest, momentum is growing for non-discrimination protections for polyamorous people. Now, we’re preparing to bring similar progress to Seattle. At this event, we’ll provide pre-written letters for you to take home, sign, and mail to your district representatives. These letters help pave the way—showing the strength of community support and preparing representatives to better receive a bill when it’s introduced. Every letter makes a difference in advancing equality and recognition!
And in addition to this, we will have FREE food, games, activities and an energizing roundtable conversation featuring:
- Alex and Sarah, hosts of Seattle’s own ENM podcast Mistakes Were Made
- Elizabeth Cunningham, polyamorous relationship coach and Podcast Host
- Jessa Davis, Executive Director of the Seattle Coalition for Family and Relationship Equity
- ...and other powerful voices from our community.
Together, we’ll take on the urgent fight for legal recognition and protections for polyamorous, ethically non-monogamous, and other diverse family structures across the Pacific Northwest.
This isn’t just a festival—it’s a movement.
Your voice, your presence, your energy matters
Come hungry. Come curious. Come ready to stand for change.
