About this Event
We’re delighted to welcome Matthew Ratcliff, Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, for our keynote talk. Matthew is a biochemist who completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge and has worked as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca since 2021.
Alongside the talk, there will be time to meet, chat and connect with others, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase from the bar.
You don’t need to work or study in STEMM to come along. The event is free and open to everyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+, as well as friends, colleagues and allies who would like to join us in celebrating and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
New House Art Space is an inclusive creative venue in the heart of Guildford. For more information about the venue and planning your visit, see the New House Art Space website.
Everyone is welcome. Come along, hear from Matthew, meet new people and celebrate LGBTQIA+ STEMM Day with us! 🌈
