About this Event
What started as a small group of LGBTQ+ founder friends catching up over drinks is now opening up to the wider community.
This is a relaxed, after-work social for LGBTQ+ business owners, startup leaders and people building something of their own in Edinburgh.
No format.
No panels.
No pitching circle.
No name badges (unless you want one!).
Just good conversation with people who understand the reality of building something from scratch.
This is a pay-what-you-want community social. Contribute if you can but everyone is welcome regardless of ability to pay. Suggested donation £10, Minimum donation £2 per person to help us cover event costs. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds, choose what feels right.
Whether you're scaling, freelancing, running a growing team, or quietly plotting your next move, you're welcome, and if you're here to encourage others on their journey, even better. Every founder started somewhere.
The intention is simple:
- Create space for connection
- Build genuine supportive relationships
- Strengthen the LGBTQ+ founder community in Edinburgh
Stay for one drink or the full two hours. Bring along another LGBTQ+ founder if you’d like. If you’ve been meaning to meet more like-minded people in business, this is your invitation.

- Startup leaders
- Freelancers and consultants building something of their own
- Anyone identifying as LGBTQ+ and actively running a business
Who it’s NOT for
- Corporate networking representatives
- People attending primarily to sell or prospect for business
- Network marketing / MLM recruitment activity (YEUCH!)
This isn’t a pitch event. It’s a people event. Please respect the spirit of the space.
