BOXING DAY AT CHARLIE’S LOFT

This Boxing Day, we’re bringing one of Scotland’s biggest dance music exports home to Charlie’s Loft, Milngavie, for a very special event.
LF SYSTEM are Scottish production duo Conor Larkman and Sean Finnigan, renowned for their distinctive approach to sampling the sounds of 70s and 80s disco and combining classic records with a fresh, uplifting sound.
Following the phenomenal success of Afraid To Feel on Warner Records, which spent eight weeks at number one in the UK and went triple platinum, LF SYSTEM have taken their sound around the world, performing at some of the biggest festivals and venues across the globe.
Their appearances include Glastonbury, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Reading, Leeds, Creamfields, Parklife, EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland and Exit Festival, alongside sold-out headline shows in New York.
With releases including In My Head, their collaboration with Paul Woolford, and Lift You Up, which topped the US Dance Radio chart, LF SYSTEM have established themselves as one of the most exciting names in modern dance music.
Alongside their own productions, the duo have remixed tracks for Diplo, Jamie Jones, Dom Dolla, Lenny Kravitz, Carl Cox and Fatboy Slim.
Now, we’re bringing that unmistakable LF SYSTEM sound to Charlie’s Loft for a Boxing Day party you won’t want to miss.

GETTING HERE — EASIER THAN YOU THINK!
Contrary to popular belief, getting to Milngavie from Glasgow’s West End or city centre is incredibly easy. We’re much closer than many people realise.
By train; Milngavie has a direct rail connection with Glasgow city centre, with trains from Glasgow Queen Street taking around 23 minutes. From Partick in the West End, the journey is approximately 17 minutes.
By bus: Local bus services connect Milngavie with Glasgow and surrounding areas, including Bearsden and the West End.
By taxi - prob more likely getting one here than city centre
Taxis and private hire are another straightforward option from the West End and city centre. There is loads of companies loacl and outside of here that pick up.
