Come join our Saturday Morning Egyptian Bellydance Fundamentals class with Safiya 10:00–11:00 AM Weekly (skipping 8/22)
This slow-paced, feel-good class is a great fit for beginners and new students , including those who feel a little shy or unsure. You’ll learn at a comfortable pace while building confidence in your body and in your dancing.
What we’ll do each week
Learn a short series of traditional Egyptian technique movements
Practice them in easy, friendly combinations to help you memorize
Build understanding of the music + musicality
Share a bit about the history/story of the dance itself
Work on key foundations like turns, traveling steps, directional + level changes
You can attend every class or drop in anytime .
Drop-In / Pricing:
$20 + tax per class
or use a Class Card (Purchase multiple classes at once for a deep discount)
MU Pass ($100 monthly)
This class is women-only.
No men will be allowed in the studio during the class session.
All classes are in-studio only, and will not be available in the Arabesquelex-Online group.
All levels welcome—bring your dance tools, warm up, and get ready to groove!
