Please join us for A Celebration of Levi Cassel as we come together to remember his life, share stories, laugh, listen to music, and spend time with the people who knew and loved him.Levi was unforgettable. He was funny, stubborn, generous, outspoken, deeply loved, and able to light up a room. He could make just about anyone laugh, and he left behind more stories than we could ever fit into one evening. But - we can do our best to honor his memory by sharing all of the best parts of him with each other on the night of what would be his 50th Birthday - November 13th, 2026.
This will not be a formal or traditional service. We want it to feel like Levi. The night will be full of personality, music, laughter, memories, and the people who mattered to him.

We are currently waiting for final confirmation about the time of venue access before choosing the official start time. The event time will be updated here as soon as it is confirmed.
The celebration will include:
• Music and some of Levi’s favorites
• Photos and a memorial slideshow
• Stories and shared memories
• Light food and refreshments
• Time to visit with family and friends
• An opportunity for guests to speak or share a memory
This will be an open and welcoming gathering. All are welcome - Family, Friends, Children. You are welcome to come as you are and stay for as much of the evening as you are able. All we ask is that you give an accurate headcount when you RSVP so we can be sure to provide enough accommodation for everyone (including kiddos)
There is no formal dress code. Casual clothing, Detroit Lions or Mariners gear, music-related clothing, or anything that reminds you of Levi is completely welcome.
RSVP information
Please mark yourself as Going if you reasonably expect to attend. Because we are planning for a large group, please include the number of people coming with you when possible. I will create a separate post where you can comment the number of people that you will be bringing, please include any potential guests and just message Eric or Sarah with any changes made to your headcount.
Photos, videos, and memories
We are collecting photos, short videos, and written memories of Levi for the slideshow and for his family.

You do not need an account to post in this link - and other people will not see what you post. You can share literally anything from things you'd like to share for his celebration to things you'd like to share with the Family without being included in the public slideshows and whatnot. Just leave your preference in the file name :)
Please send ANYTHING you have - even old, blurry, funny, ordinary, or imperfect photos. Those are often the memories that mean the most.
You can also use this Dropbox as a voicemail to Levi. You can say anything you'd like to say to him that you didn't get the chance to. These will be respected and can also be edited with a preference to be kept private in the title or given permission to share with loved ones. If we have enough submissions of short "voicemails" (typed out and submitted) that are okay to share, we will add a slideshow at the celebration to honor the unspoken words and stand in solidarity together. Please preface if you'd like your words to be included in this portion, if no preference is given your submission will be automatically kept private, and someone may reach out to confirm.
Parking
Parking in SoDo may be limited. Carpooling, rideshare services, public transportation, or reserving parking ahead of time through the SpotHero app are recommended. There is not a reserved parking lot, there is NO reserved parking available to us. The venue is in Downtown Seattle, as downtown as you can get, so we understand parking can be difficult. I strongly recommend using the SPOTHERO APP to find and reserve parking now so that you don't have to deal with it day of.
More information about the confirmed time, food, volunteering, and the schedule for the evening will be added as plans are finalized.
For Kids: We plan on having an area of the venue designated for littles activities to keep them entertained. If you have any suggestions on games, setup, activities, anything for any age - please send them our way!
