About this Event
Looking for fresh eyes on your portfolio? Whether you’re a student, recent grad, or early-career creative, this event is a chance to share your work and get feedback from creative professionals.
Join AIGA LA in partnership with Otis College of Art and Design for portfolio reviews and conversations with professionals from across the creative industry. Bring your work, talk through your projects, ask questions, and get feedback you can take back to your portfolio.
The event will kick off with a keynote on career readiness, followed by portfolio review sessions. Come ready to share your work, hear different perspectives, and connect with fellow creatives.
WHO IT’S FOR
AIGA LA’s Portfolio Event is open to students, recent graduates, and early-career designers looking for feedback on how they present their work. Whether your portfolio is nearly finished or still a work in progress, you’ll have an opportunity to share your work with creative professionals and hear different perspectives on your portfolio and projects.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your portfolio, including work you’re proud of and projects you’re still looking to refine. You’ll receive feedback from creative professionals with different backgrounds and perspectives, so come ready to talk about your work, ask questions, and take notes.
If you’re presenting digital or online work, we recommend having PDF or standalone digital files available as a backup in case of internet or connectivity issues. And don’t forget to fully charge your laptop or tablet before the event!
