This training class is for AAF volunteers who want to become qualified for advanced volunteering with dogs. Level 2 - Dog Care Orientation is a pre-requisite for this training.
You will develop leash skills for walking dogs, review various leash and harnesses, discuss and observe canine play behavior and body language, learn about and work with AAF dogs in the dog agility play yards, and refine skills from Level 2.
The majority of the class is held outdoors, rain or shine. Please wear closed toe shoes, no flip-flops.
