Is that normal? Should I ask about that? They’re questions many women have probably asked themselves at one time or another. Maybe something has changed. Maybe you’ve learned to live with bladder leaks or pelvic discomfort. Maybe you’re navigating menopause, noticing changes in your cycle or simply have a question you’ve been meaning to ask.
Winona Health is inviting women to bring those questions to Let’s Talk Women’s Health, a relaxed conversation with Winona Health Women’s Health providers from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 29, at Café Zorya, 65 E. Front Street, Suite C, in Winona.
The evening will feature Obstetrician Gynecologist Maren Flynn, MD; Physician Assistant Kara Reller, PA-C; and Certified Nurse-Midwives Katie Duerr, CNM, and Amber Reidt, CNM. Together, they’ll answer questions and talk about health concerns women may experience at different ages and stages, including preventive care, pelvic health, menopause, changes in the menstrual cycle and questions women may not always think to ask during an appointment.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet the providers, enjoy refreshments and ask questions. Questions can be submitted online ahead of time or anonymously during the event.
Seating is limited, and advance registration is encouraged. To reserve a spot, call 507.474.5256 or visit winonahealth.org/women.
