About this Event
As we close out the year, my absolute biggest goal is to positively impact and support as many people as possible before we cross into the new year.
As a massive thank you for all the love and support this year, this is my Christmas gift to you and our community: a deep-dive 9D breathwork journey to shed what no longer serves you, clear the heavy stuff, and step clean into what's next.
If you've been sitting on the fence about trying 9D, or if the usual investment has felt just out of reach, this is for you. I am offering half-price tickets for this event so as many people as possible can experience it.
What is a 9D Breathwork Journey?
9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory experience that uses specialised high-quality headsets to deliver a deeply layered audio landscape.
This cutting-edge technology incorporates 3D spatial audio, binaural beats, and 432 Hz frequencies designed to quiet the overthinking mind and shift your brainwaves into deep, restorative states. Combined with active, rhythmic breathing patterns and expert vocal coaching, the session helps alter physiological states to release stored stress, tension, and emotional baggage from the body. It is a completely safe, powerful, and a deeply transformative nervous system reset.
