Let's Talk Sustainability -Women’s Workshop
Join us for a free, in-person workshop designed especially for women in Sheffield’s Burngreave, S4 and S5 areas!
All generations welcome. Invite another woman to join you at this workshop at the Ellesemere Centre.
The word 'Sustainability' can be confusing to some and to others it seems unrelated to their day-to-day life.
Women and young people from global majorities are often excluded from opportunities to relate sustainability to their daily lives, households and communities.
Skills for the future, cost-saving actions are all affected by actions you may take, depending on the interpretation given to Sustainability.
LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT SUSTAINABILITY MEANS FOR:
*FOODS WE EAT
*SAVING ENERGY
*LIVING WITH NATURE
*WHAT WE WASTE
Let's meet in this friendly space in your community to chat about practical ways to live sustainably, share ideas and connect with women from diverse backgrounds, cultures and experiences.
Don't miss out on this free, in-person event. It offers a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn and explore the practical ways sustainability applies to our daily lives.
Book your place now and be part of the conversation!
Come along and help shape how sustainability can be made friendly and useful for everyone!
