Locals to Virginia Beach and Norfolk,
I am a local End of Life Doula, really just a person to lead you to preparation. To be fearless in jumping into the deep end of deep conversations about our mortality (whether it is around the corner or decades away).
I am facilitating a monthly "Taboo Talks" at Bay Lake Senior Living and it's open to the public! Are you needing a place to ask the questions you think will be weird or offensive about aging, dementia, dying, and how to help your senior parents begin to downsize for a move so you are not burdened with a home full of hand me downs?
We are ALL here to be resource providers as well so if we don't know the answers, we can help lead you to them.
I'm told there will be snacks! I hope to see everyone there. 3rd Tuesday evening of each month. Free to the community with no judgement and no sales.
