Let's Talk About Death
Death is the one thing every single one of us has in common, and somehow it's the thing we talk about least.
This is a space to ask the questions you don't usually get to ask out loud. What does hospice actually do. What happens in the hours after someone dies. What is a vigil, and why does it matter. What does a "good death" even mean.
Morgan Fava, death doula, will lead an honest, unrushed conversation about the practical and human realities of dying. No pressure, no pitch, just a room where death gets to be spoken about plainly.
We'll talk about:
- What hospice covers, and what families are often left to handle on their own
- What actually happens after a death, practically and logistically
- What it means to help someone have a death that reflects who they were
Free and open to the whole community. Come with questions, come with curiosity, come with nothing at all.
