'Tis the season to reflect on what we're thankful for! ❤️We invite all our residents and team members to join us for Gratitude Garland Day! Let's come together to celebrate the little things, share positive thoughts, and spread kindness throughout our Lost Creek community.
Stop by and create your own gratitude leaf by writing down something or someone you're thankful for. We'll add everyone's leaves to our community Gratitude Garland as a beautiful reminder of all the things that make our community special.
