About this Event
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that supports your whole self. Using carefully supported postures, it invites your body to relax completely while allowing your busy mind to gently settle into stillness.
This soothing practice helps calm the nervous system, creating the space for your body to rest, restore and heal. You'll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, centred and at ease.
Each session begins with gentle movement to prepare the body and mind, before moving into a series of supported restorative yoga postures designed to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. We also practise pranayama, working with the breath to balance your energy and quiet the mind.
The class finishes with a guided relaxation, meditation or Yoga Nidra, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of the practice and experience profound rest.
This class is suitable for everyone, but is especially supportive if you're feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted.
Whether you're looking to ease physical tension, soothe a busy mind or simply give yourself permission to slow down, Restorative Yoga offers a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with yourself.
