JUST WHAT YOU NEEDED TO SHAKE IT UP!
It's a Saturday night in January.
The holidays are over.
Winter has settled in.
And it's time to get out of the house, turn up the music and have some fun!
Welcome to LET'S GO LONDON!, a high-energy retro dance party bringing the unforgettable sounds of the late '70s and '80s to Toboggan Brewing Company for one incredible Saturday night.
Think cozy chalet.
Après-ski vibes.
Cabin-party atmosphere.
And a soundtrack that takes you back to the golden era of new wave and rock.
THE CARS. THE HITS. THE MEMORIES.
At the heart of the evening is an electrifying live tribute to The Cars, one of the most distinctive and influential bands of the late '70s and '80s.
With spot-on musicianship and an authentic recreation of the band's unmistakable sound, style and spirit, this performance celebrates the songs that defined a generation.
Get ready to sing along and dance to favourites including:
Just What I Needed • Let's Go • Shake It Up • My Best Friend's Girl • You Might Think • Good Times Roll • Drive • Magic • Moving in Stereo • Touch and Go • Since You're Gone • Hello Again • Tonight She Comes • Heartbeat City and many more!
AND WE'RE NOT STOPPING THERE!
Because this isn't just a tribute concert.
IT'S AN '80s DANCE PARTY!
The evening also features a full additional set of unforgettable '80s dance favourites celebrating artists such as:
David Bowie • Split Enz • Devo • The Fixx • Modern English • The Cult • Soft Cell • A Flock of Seagulls and more!
From new wave anthems to alternative dance-floor classics, we're bringing back the songs that filled clubs, parties and dance floors throughout the decade.
A LITTLE APRÈS-SKI. A LOT OF '80s.
We're bringing the spirit of a retro winter chalet party to Toboggan Brewing Company.
Whether you come dressed in your favourite '80s-inspired look, your après-ski best or simply ready for a great night out, this is your invitation to gather your friends and celebrate the music.
JUST WHAT YOU NEED TO SHAKE IT UP AND GET MOVING IN STEREO ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!
