This is a gentle stretching class which is suitable and beneficial for all levels, not just beginners. It focuses on common problem areas the trainers have seen in their clients at the gym. This workshop is part of the Being Neighbourly Exhibition and Workshop programme and the workshop leader will guide particpants back up to the HK Visual Arts Centre afterwards so participants who wish to, can view the exhibition.
About the Workshop Leader
Long-time Business member of the Being Neighbourly Central & Western chapter, Harry Fung founded Movement Fitness in Sai Ying Pun. Through their facility on High Street, Movement offers a friendly and supportive wellness community whose mission extends beyond physical exercise.
