About this Event
Pocket Sketchbook Session
Join us to explore simple, soothing drawing practices to support relaxation and wellbeing.
No artistic experience is needed, and there’s no right or wrong way to take part.
Across the three sessions, you’ll explore six simple drawing practices that you can use whenever you need a moment to pause, unwind or take a short break. Your sketchbook is small enough to fit in your coat pocket or the palm of your hand, so you can keep these calming practices close by and use them whenever you need them.
You’re welcome to attend individual sessions or all three - there’s no requirement to attend every session.
Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue providing a diverse range of wellbeing activities for the community - thank you for making this possible!
We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
