Let the Day Settle
A Reflect & Release Sound Bath
Letting go isn’t giving up, it’s creating space.
Join us for a 45-minute evening sound bath to slow down, reflect on what you’ve carried, and gently let it go.
What to expect:
🌬 Settle in: A short guided breath and a few gentle stretches to ease out the day’s tension.
🔔 Reflect: Grounding Tibetan singing bowls give you a calm, steady space to think over what you’ve been carrying.
✨ Let go: Clear crystal bowls carry you deeper into a state of deep relaxation.
🎐 Float: Soft chimes and other gentle instruments blend in waves of sound and stillness.
🌿 Return: You’re guided softly back, feeling calmer, lighter and ready to ease into your evening.
No experience needed.
