This show theme is inspired by over 500 emails sent to Ascension Pole and Dance in September 2025, telling the studio to pull our sponsorship from Boise Pride because there would be "pole dance, burlesque troupes, and lesbian witch pop performances". We kept our sponsorship, partied at pride, and made "lesbian witch pop" a core value.
The VIBES: Lilith Fair, Femme Rage, political resistance, sapphic sluttery, trans femme excellence, and unapologetic queerness.
