Tkanje tapiserije ženskih arhetipov
V krogu žensk bomo raziskovale ženske arhetipe in načela – ne le zato, da bi slavile in povzdigovale ženskost ali se razglašale za Boginje, temveč da bi se opolnomočile ter tako v sebi kot zunaj sebe ponovno vzpostavile ravnovesje. Tako kot moškost tudi ženskost nosi svetlobo in senco, šibkosti in moči, izzive in darove. Če želimo zares živeti svoj polni potencial, moramo prepoznati in sprejeti obe plati. Raziskale bomo, kaj že utelešamo, čemu se izogibamo in po čem še hrepenimo. Poiskale bomo niti svoje notranje nedolžnosti, moči in modrosti ter stkale edinstveno tapiserijo svojega ženskega izraza in utelešenja.
V tej seriji delavnic bomo raziskovale skrivnostno krajino ženskih arhetipov – tako njihove svetle kot senčne vidike, vključno z ustvarjalnimi, negovalnimi in rušilnimi silami, ki jih poganjajo. Kajti ženski arhetipi niso le ljubeča mati ali mila ljubimka; ženskost je tudi odločna lovka, skrivnostna zapeljivka, srdita uničevalka in še mnogo več.
Eden od temeljnih ženskih načel je tudi vključevanje. Podprte z njegovo močjo bomo v svoj krog in na plesišče povabile različne vidike ženskosti.
Plesale bomo, se pogovarjale, izvajale obrede in ustvarjale ter skozi introspekcijo in poglobljeno predelavo izkušenj vzpostavljale stik s to čarobno krajino ženskih arhetipov, ki jih nosimo v sebi, jo spoznavale, utelešale, preobražale in zdravile ter krepile svoj odnos do teh arhetipov tudi v zunanjem svetu.

Lucija Glagolić Hora je učiteljica prakse 5Ritmov, mentorica in procesna coachinja za osebno rast.
V okviru 5Ritmov je končala usposabljanje Waves (2007) za delo na telesni ravni in Heartbeat (2014) za delo s človekovo čustveno krajino.
Je tudi certificirana coachinja za utelešenost, pri svojem skupinskem in individualnem delu s procesi utelešanja pa uporablja načela postavitve družine, uporabne joge in moči prisotnosti.
V vseh vidikih svojega dela daje velik pomen prenosu spoznanj in učenj (s plesišča, ali iz terapevtske sobe in) v vsakdanje življenje.

BEAUTY and THE BEAST
Weaving the tapestry of feminine archetypes
In a circle of women we will explore the feminine archetypes and principles not only to celebrate and uplift the feminine, or to proclaim ourselves Goddesses, but to empower and restore balance within and without. For, just like the masculine, the feminine holds both shadow and light, weaknesses and strengths, challenges and gifts. And in order to live to our fullest potential, we need to acknowledge and embrace both sides of the coin. See what we already embody, what we shun away and what we still yearn for. Find the threads of our inner innocence, power and wisdom and weave our unique tapestry of feminine expression and embodiment.
In this workshop series we will explore the mysterious landscape of the feminine archetypes, in their shadow and light forms, including the creative, nourishing and destructive forces that move them.
For feminine archetypes aren't just the loving mother and sweet mistress, feminine is also a strong hunter, mysterious enchantress, a fierce destroyer and so much more.
And one of the feminine principles is inclusion. So supported by its strength we will invite different aspects of the feminine into our circle and onto our dancefloor
We will dance and have conversations, do ceremony and art, use introspection and processing to connect, learn, embody, transform and heal this magical landscape of feminine archetypes inside of us, and strengthen our relationship to them outside of us.

Lucija Glagolić Hora is a teacher of 5Rhythms practice, a mentor and process coach for personal growth.
In the scope of 5Rhythms she finished the Waves (2007) training for working with the practice on a physical level, and Heartbeat (2014) for working with the emotional landscape of being human.
She is also a certified embodiment coach, and in her group and individual embodied process work uses principles of family constellations, applied yoga and power of compassionate presence.
In every aspect of her work there is a great emphasis on bringing the insights and teachings (out of the dance floor, or therapy room and) into our everyday lives.
