Join us for the first official Lehigh Valley Pub Sing, hosted by Ian Posh and Sarah Murdoch! A community singing event where we come together to share songs with friends old and new. Whether you have a song you'd like to share or you prefer to only join in on the choruses, we'd love to see you there!What kinds of songs can I bring?
Any song with a chorus, refrain, etc.! Folk songs, pub songs, work songs, blues, chanteys, cowboy songs, Appalachian ballads, songs of the British Isles, union hymns, railroad songs, and even your favorite pop songs. If people can sing along with it, it fits!
Is this an open mic?
Nope! People will take turns leading songs, but we'll all sing together. This'll be a traditional/folk/roots singing session, which means we'll take turns sharing songs we can all harmonize with and sing together.
Do I need to bring an instrument?
Instruments are welcome but not required. In fact, we encourage you to sing without them!
Do I need to be an expert?
Absolutely not! No experience needed, all are welcome!
