Meet Jeremiah McIntosh
Born at the American Embassy in Paris and raised in Maine, Jeremiah brings a truly global perspective to business law. After graduating from Maine Maritime Academy with a BS in International Business and Logistics, he spent 14 years with the Department of Defense, visiting 56 countries and living in Italy for six of those years.
Jeremiah went on to law school and opened his own practice in northern Maine. For the past 12 years, he has drawn on his background in finance, accounting, and logistics to help clients protect their assets, grow their businesses, and stay compliant with the laws and regulations that apply to them.
Each year, he guides clients through 4 to 6 mergers and acquisitions and helps an average of 10 entrepreneurs launch new businesses. He's also a seasoned litigator with dozens of civil and criminal trials to his name.
Outside the office, Jeremiah is a proud husband and father of four who loves traveling, aviation, and building new businesses.
