About this Event
This TREC-required course covers key components of the Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, with a focus on agent competency and agency relationships, including recent legislative updates related to non-representation and required written agreements.
The course also reviews best practices for working with unlicensed assistants, along with current advertising guidelines to help ensure compliance.
The final sections provide an overview of VA loan fundamentals and outline the process TREC follows when reviewing and investigating complaints against license holders.
