The weekend will be as follows:.
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th March 2027.

Doors open at 10am on both days all stalls open and trading up to 5pm.

There will be a flying display from one of Amy Jo Lawrance's owls from her Flying Squadron at some point on the Saturday (tbc) https://www.facebook.com/TheFlyingSquadron.

There will be Coffee Jousting (exclusive to LSM!) on the Sunday afternoon just after some lively musical entertainment.

There are medals for winner and 2nd place (gold and silver).
Captain Cumberpatch's Curious Creations donates the medals for the prizewinners and ones also for the Coffee Jousting Beanmasters (the host).

There will be a selection of traders in the conference suite which will not be all the same people on both days.

They have their own cafe on site which does all sorts of food and drink.
.
There is no general admission to the museum itself so entry to the market is free.
Visitors will need to book and pay online for the additional parts like the Time Tunnel and The Underground Tunnel.
You do not need to pre-book surface visits.

Dogs are welcome on a lead in the outdoor grounds of the Museum. Only Assistance/Service dogs are permitted indoors.

The Museum is on the main road between Wakefield and Huddersfield (WF4 4RH). There is ample car and coach parking including disabled parking space and parent and child spaces. Parking is free though donations are appreciated.

Bus services run within easy walking distance of the Museum. From Wakefield Bus Station or Huddersfield Bus Stations, the Arriva 232 bus stops at the Reindeer pub with a few minutes walk to the Museum.
The nearest mainline railway station is Wakefield Westgate. It takes about 20 minutes for a taxi ride from the train station.
Bicycle racks are available by the Café entrance for visitors who would like to cycle to the Museum.
