Rangers Legends Head To Blackpool for Special Charity Match !!!
Whether you are singing , 'No Scotland, No Party' or 'Scotland Get Battered Everywhere They Go' get yourself down to support an amazing cause.
A number of former Glasgow Rangers players & friends will be heading down from Scotland to support the Lee Rigby Foundation.
Bars For Bears Legends are proud to have supported the Lee Rigby Foundation for several years, and we're honoured to once again help raise vital funds for an incredible cause.
Join us at AFC Blackpool on Saturday 18th July 2026 for a fantastic afternoon of football , community & fundraising as Lee Rigby Foundation FC (team of armed forces some serving) play against their old foes Bars for Bears Legends FC in a special charity football match in aid of the Lee Rigby Foundation.
Making the journey from Scotland is a host of ex Rangers players including Scottish World Cup Captain Colin Hendry & 9 in a row legend Charlie Miller alongside David Templeton & Ross McCormack (Rangers,Cardiff,Leeds,Fulham,Nottingham Forrest-Scottish Internationalist)
Also performing will be Stuart Hay (The Journey Back/Gallant Pioneer) fans favourites Jose Quitongo, Brian Mcphee & 'The Goalies' son Danny Goram will take his place between the sticks.
This promises to be a fantastic afternoon for football supporters & families alike, with the opportunity to see football legends back in action & raising vital funds for a truly worthy cause.
