All led rides have been risk assessed and are mainly on quiet back roads or traffic free cycle routes.
Rides will have trained and experienced ride leaders and first aiders.
Riders should have roadworthy bikes, wear appropriate clothing and a helmet. Bring waterproofs for inclement weather. Please note that cycling is a risk sport and it is your own responsibility to ride safely so obey rules of the road and ensure you and your bike are fit to ride.
Rides are for 16 years+. Under 18s should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
