This discourse will underscore the promise gene therapy holds for addressing genetic deafness and improving the quality of life for millions.


Corena Loeb is a PhD Candidate in the Corey Lab at Harvard University. Coming from a family with genetic deafness, her interest in sensory systems has driven her research on how hearing functions and the development of gene therapies for hearing loss.
