About this Event
These stylish PJ Pants are super comfortable and perfect for lounging around during the Winter months! Come learn:
- how to read a pattern
- match pattern to your own measurements
- cut fabric
- use a sewing machine (we have new Bernina machines!)
- make a draw string closure
Fabric is not included. You can bring your own fabric or choose from our selection of premium flannel fabrics with fun patterns ($15/yard) upon arrival.If you plan to bring your own fabric, please get at least 2 yards of flannel fabric (not fleece). The average project will take 2-4 yards.We also recommend that you avoid checkered patterns so as a beginner sewer, you don't have to worry about lining up the patterns as much!
Note: This activity uses sharp tools and a liability waiver is required. You can review and sign the waiver or at the workshop when you arrive.
Each ticket is valid for one attendee only, and we’re not able to offer a guest option for this workshop. Please note that a minimum of two attendees is required for the workshop to run. In the rare case that no one else is registered a few days before the scheduled start time, we’ll reach out to let you know. If the workshop is cancelled, your ticket can be refunded or rescheduled—whichever you prefer. Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to having you join us!
Minimum Age Required: 13yrs old
Duration: 2hrs. Depending on your working speed and meticulousness, it could take 2-3hours. The workshop will ensure that everyone knows what to do so you can finish at your leisure. All workshop attendees have free access to open studio hours to finish their projects on our sewing machines.
