As summer begins to soften into fall, I invite you to gather in circle for an evening to pause, reflect, and simply be.Fall reminds us that change is a natural part of life. The light shifts. The air cools. The leaves begin to change colour and eventually find their way back to the earth.
Nature doesn't rush this process, and neither do we have to.
Leaves of Change is an invitation to meet yourself where you are as we honour the transition into fall together.
Throughout our evening, we will reflect on what this past season has held, what has grown, what we are grateful for, and the changes we may be moving through.
Through our Leaves of Change ritual, we will explore what is ours to tend and what may no longer be ours to carry. We will release what feels ready to fall away and reconnect with memories of comfort, gratitude, strength, and support that we can feel within the body.
Using the leaves that remain, you will create your own Rose of Change to take home with you.
We will close our evening by settling into an autumn meditation and sound integration, creating space to rest, receive, and allow the evening to settle into the body.
There is nowhere you need to get to.
Nothing you need to become.
Come as you are.
Come be in circle.
Tea and a light snack will be provided.
Space in circle is limited to keep it cozy and intimate.
