Walking into a singles event alone can feel awkward.
Walking into a room where everyone already has something easy to talk about feels very different.
Leash & Link is a relaxed Chicago social designed primarily for singles ages 27–42 who want to meet people offline without the pressure of formal speed dating.
Bring your dog—or simply bring your love of dogs.
The number of dogs is intentionally limited so the night stays focused on human connection rather than becoming a crowded pet meetup.
This isn't speed dating.
There are no bells.
No two-minute dates.
No mandatory partner rotations.
No stage presentation.
No pressure to talk to everyone.
Instead, you'll enter a limited-capacity social environment with simple conversation tools available whenever you need them.
At check-in, paid guests receive a Link Card with optional conversation prompts and a unique connection number.
From there, the room is yours.
Move between casual social zones, grab a drink if you'd like, meet someone's dog, talk about Chicago neighborhoods or use one of our Common Ground prompts when you want an easy opening.
Throughout the evening, the Good Company team will create a few light opportunities for people to mix without turning the night into a structured dating exercise.
Participation is always optional.

Leash & Link is designed to work well for solo attendees.
Our floor team can help guests enter conversations naturally without assigning partners or forcing introductions.
Bringing a dog?
A separate Dog Companion Reservation is required.
Dog attendance is capped at 14 so the room remains comfortable for both people and animals.
Dogs must remain leashed and under their handler's control throughout the event.
This is not an off-leash event, dog-training session or daycare environment.

Paid attendees may opt into our private Mutual Connect system.
Submit the connection numbers of up to three people you'd be interested in hearing from again.
Contact information is shared only when both people independently choose each other and both opted into the system.
No public match board.
No public rejection.
