About this Event
A trauma-informed morning tea for women who have experienced domestic and family violence.
Join us for a calm and welcoming morning tea focused on learning for personal growth and creating new possibilities for your future.
Learning can be a powerful part of healing and rebuilding. Whether it’s discovering new interests, building confidence, or reconnecting with curiosity, personal growth often begins with allowing yourself to explore what feels possible again.
This session gently explores the role learning can play in supporting confidence, self-development and future growth.
There is no pressure to share anything personal. Participation is always optional, and you are welcome to simply listen, reflect, or participate in ways that feel supportive for you.
During the morning you can expect:
• A warm welcome and relaxed morning tea
• A safe and respectful environment
• Gentle discussions around growth, confidence and curiosity
• Reflection activities focused on personal development
• Practical tools to support ongoing learning and self-growth
• The opportunity to connect with other women who understand the journey forward
Numbers are intentionally capped to keep the space safe and supportive. Registration is essential.
