Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to get fit? Join us for our four session beginner rowing course on Fridays at 12pm. Learn the basics of a new sport in a fun and supportive environment.
Join us for our first recreational rowing dedicated learn to row course. This course is aimed at those over 35 who are wanting to try a new sport meet new friends and graduate into out recreational squad who train in our stable boats.
Absolutely no prior experience is required! We welcome adults of all levels of fitness, whether you have competitive ambitions or just want to try something new.
You'll learn the basics of rowing technique, safety, and teamwork, all while getting a great workout.
We use stable rowing boats designed for beginners, on a calm and sheltered piece of water, with experienced rowers and coaches, so you will feel confident and safe.
If you enjoy the course (and we're sure you will), you can continue onto a four session Intermediate Course - and then graduate to become a full member of our club!
