Learn how to knit!This workshop will cover the basics of casting on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and binding off. The workshop will be taught in Continental style, so it is great for both those who have never touched knitting needles AND those who already know English style (yarn in the right hand), and want to learn Continental (yarn in the left hand).
A set of needles and a skein of wool yarn will be provided for each participant. You will also get a pattern that you can use after the workshop to practice these basics and add a few other skills.
