About this Event
In this class participants will learn the basic terminology of crocheting, including stitch types, actions, and pattern abbreviations. The class will provide hands-on practice time starting a pattern by starting a project by chaining, and practice with the basic stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and double half crochet. We will talk about the basic techniques for finishing a project. The goal is for participants to leave knowing how to read a beginner pattern and how to select the right pattern, yarn, and hooks for a participant's skill level.
