What You Will Learn
You’ll be introduced to the Usui System of Natural Healing, the original lineage of Reiki. All of my courses are fully accredited by the IPHM, meaning your qualification is recognised and respected worldwide.
Reiki Level One teaches you:
What Reiki is and how it works
How to give Reiki to yourself
How to offer Reiki to immediate family and friends
How to connect spiritually with your Reiki guide
How to begin integrating energy work into your daily life
This level is deeply transformative. Many students say it opens a door they didn’t even realise existed, and once it opens, life begins to shift in the most aligned ways.
Why Learn Reiki?
When you begin working with energy, your life naturally starts to recalibrate.
Raising your frequency and vibration helps you:
Create a more aligned, empowered life
Understand your own energy and emotions
Support your nervous system and inner clarity
Develop spiritual awareness and intuitive connection
Help yourself and others in a grounded, ethical way
There are three levels of Reiki available, and Level One is the beginning of a beautiful path.
