Learn @ Lunch: At the Portuguese Table

For ages 18 & up

Join us for a quick, one hour introduction to the flavors of Portugal. Our instructors will show you how to make each dish as you sit back, relax and enjoy this flavorful meal of chicken soup thickened with egg yolks and brightened with a little lemon; zucchini, eggplant, and yellow squash sautéed with tomatoes and herbs and encased in puff pastry; and fresh figs glazed with spiced port and sprinkled with toasted pistachios.

For ages 18 & up.

• Canja (Chicken & Rice Soup)

• Portuguese Empanada filled with Vegetables, served with a Green Salad

• Figos Bebados com Pistachios e Natas (Drunken Figs with Pistachios & Brandy Cream)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
