Learn @ Lunch: A Holiday Meal

For ages 18 & up

In this 1 hour, lunch-time class, you'll pick up tips while our instructors show you how to make a tasty meal that will impress family and friends. Individual Cornish game hens make a spectacular main course; we'll show you how to achieve a golden, crisp exterior.  The  cheesecake will provide an impressive finale to a festive meal. 

For ages 18 and up. Alcohol will not be served in this class.

• Caramel-Apple Cheese Cake

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
