About this Event
Join us for a relaxed introduction to the beautiful traditional Japanese craft of Sashiko.
Sashiko is a traditional Japanese hand-stitching and embroidery technique that translates to "little stabs".
This session is designed for everyone, whether you’re completely new to crafting or already enjoy getting creative.
Everything you need is included in the cost, including all materials and equipment, plus a Bom Bom cookie and a drink of your choice to enjoy during the session.
We’ll guide you through the basics of Sashiko step by step, with the hope that you’ll leave with a finished piece you’ve created yourself. Most importantly, it’s a chance to try something new, meet others and enjoy a relaxed, creative couple of hours at Bom Bom.
If you enjoy the session, you’ll also be warmly welcomed to join our Friday Craft Club. It’s an informal, friendly space to bring your own projects, learn from others and enjoy a bit of creative time together — no pressure and no experience needed.
