Organised by Aroma-Zone UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16323458 ("AZ"). Event taking place on 8th, 15th,16th,30th April, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the AZ store located in Westfield London.
Booking via: Aroma-Zone UK Events - 1 Upcoming Activities and Tickets | Eventbrite. A valid ticket is required for entry. Please present your Eventbrite ticket on arrival. Guests are kindly asked to arrive before the scheduled start time. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun in order to minimise disruption to the event. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for among ticket holders. A ticket does not guarantee entry once the venue has reached its safe operating capacity. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. The organiser AZ reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content if necessary. Photography and/or video recording may take place during the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits AZ's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to the above, AZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the event except where caused by AZ's negligence.
